There were 8 employees visible and only one was working the line while also having to restock and work register. The wait was super long and then they were out of black beans, chicken, and guacamole. They scraped out the tiny amount left of the sour cream and corn to put on my bowl. When I asked if they had anymore they said no. Then at the register the price was more than every other time I have come so I questioned if that was correct, and she was super rude to me. This place has seriously gone down hill, it used to be my favorite location but not now. Don’t waste your money for a bowl with nothing in it because the staff won’t restock and cook more food.

I was getting double protein and they gave me not even a half scoop when it was supposed to be a full. Employees just did not care or were scared of the manger. They are always out of everything and you could come right when they open, a busy hour or a random time in the day and they are ALWAYS out of everything. On top of that the employees are flat out rude and don’t care. They give you blank stares when you ask for literally anything. When they actually have stuff (and that’s rarely the case), the food is great but like I said they’re ALWAYS out of everything. Unless something changes, I’m never coming back as this is the eighth time it’s happened to me in 2 months. I tried to give them a chance but this is unacceptable.
