  Last time I was here I had to leave because the drive through service was so slow. Now im here trying again, waited for over 40 minutes in the drive through. By the time the person in front of me got to the window, they alone had to wait 20 minutes just at the window! Ridiculously slow. Once I got my food, it wasnt correct. Also, the person in front of me couldnt hear the speaker because it was extremely low(I noticed this last time as well), and the speaker didnt repeat themselves after announcing one time they could take their order. So we are sitting in line for probably 10 of those 40 minutes just waiting on the speaker to repeat themselves so the person knew they could order. I would imagine this is why the line stays so short, while whataburgers and mcdonalds line nearby are long and steadily moving. Just terrible service

  How does an Arby’s literally get destroyed every single day? Every time I’ve been here for the past three months, the line does not move. The orders are not right.

  I go here when I’m in the area, but yesterday I was surprised when I entered the restroom, it didn’t have a paper towel dispenser in it. Why? I won’t return to this one again. I don’t patronize restaurants who don’t have paper towels in their restrooms. They have forgotten what room the air dryer is in and the direction it points to, the floor. As most people know, when it’s not as clean as it should be and still you’re not able to clean it properly, you’re tracking it over the floor and you might as well poop 💩 on your hands. And still you have to open the door to get out 😒

  Waited 25 minutes to get food in the drive thru. The restaurant was empty and there were only 3 cars total in the drive thru.

  Was not the last to order but the last to get my order. Got the French dip and paid extra for cheese dip and got zero dips. For my sandwich, fries, or cheese sticks!
