  The place is ugly and unclean. I place an online order for pickup and parked and put in the lot number. It said my food was ready and would be out soon. 20 minutes later, some 12 year old comes out very slowly and hands me my order. Half my food wasn't even in there. I go in and people are waiting and these teenagers are behind the counter chit chatting. Not an adult in sight. Nobody over 19 anywhere to be seen. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the food they forgot. By the time I got home, just 5 minutes away, the food was cold. Do better Oneonta McDonald's. That's just embarrassing

  I ordered food, they gave me the wrong thing, and the fries were just straight salt. the kids in the window were just fooling around and not paying attention to any thing they were doing. BAD BAD!

  It seems like it sounds faster than ordering at the menu board there and have to wait for my food. Also, I would not order the chicken nuggets. They need to improve the taste. They tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately, I’ve never ate them before and I had ordered the 20 pack which I wanted that thrown away.
