For the second time, I received a pizza that was obviously undercooked just on visual inspection- then when we tried to serve it, it was raw and doughy in the middle. There is never an answer when trying to call this store, only the automated system, then holding forever until it just hangs up on you. If you try to make a complaint through the app, it just offers you a free pizza, or a percentage off the next order. I don't want a "next time." I'm done.I don't have any more chances to give. After working 12-14 hours a day at my own job, I have no desire to go to the location and tell them how to do theirs. I shouldn't have to settle for 20 percent off next time when I paid over $60 for good food THIS TIME. This review is a goodbye as a customer and given as a last resort, in hopes that the next person receives something better.

Andrew delivers and I ask why am I getting cold food. Answer was we are super busy! He was very rude. No offer of money back, nothing. This driver is dropping all my stuff on the ground and only response is this is just the way it is. Needless to say I will never order here again I would rather drive all the way to Leeds to get food and microwave it. This place is sorry!

The cashier (Tall Guy) while taking an order touched his nose then went & made pizzas, & wiped his fingers on his back pockets. The guy making the bread answered the business phone & typed on the cash register. Never Seen them wash their hand. Another (older man) came from the rest room to kitchen started working not washing his hands. None of them wore gloves, or hair nets‼️ Pray over your food before eating ‼️Pizza had so much sauce added felt soggy like a Sams Club Pizza ewww
