Went to this McDonalds with my girlfriend and her family the other day and it was one of the worst fast food experiences I have every had. We walked in and made our orders on the kiosk but the receipt didn't print so I had to check every order that came out to see if it was mine. The girl with braids handing out the orders had a terrible attitude and looked very annoyed every time a customer asked for help. After waiting for about 15 minutes (and conversating with other customers who had also complained about having to wait so long) our food finally came out but the girl who set it on the counter accidentally spilled some of our fries. When my girlfriend asked for them to be refilled the worker simply responded, "I know, it was an accident", and didn't do anything else about it. Once we sat down we realized that they forgot our 10 piece nugget, our 3 drinks, AND our sauces, in which i had to wait in line for another 5 minutes just to get 1 of each sauce which was nowhere near enough for the amount of food we ordered. It took about half an hour to be able to get my food and my CORRECT order, along with enough sauce to be able to sit down and eat. The only redeemable thing about this location is that the food was decent but I'm still rating the food a 1 star because I want this location to have the lowest rating possible, that's how bad it is. Leadership needs to stop being braindead and hire people who care about their jobs and are competent enough to provide at least bare minimum service. I will not be coming back again and I want a refund.

The ice cream machine is often down, I place a pick up order and the app didn’t mentioned they offer me a cookie instead and let me waiting a little more on line also I brought 2 happy meals and both of them the toy was missing sadly I notice until I get home

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I'm here now and the workers are sitting in the lobby on their phones. They have the lobby locked and they are not taking orders in the drive thru. I have been at this location few times for convenience and you will wait an hour for a single item, whether they're busy or not! They need to be shut down or their entire staff needs to be fired, management included because they are allowing this laziness.

McDonald’s on 82 in Northport is seriously the worst McDonalds I’ve ever seen in my entire life and it’s not even close.
I’ve been there 2 times this week (just out of convenience) the workers are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and LAZY.
They served me RAW chicken today, I ordered a smoothie which had ICE CHIPS barely blended, a sundae which BARELY had any fudge. Our fries were cold and the service was so rude YET AGAIN.
This is like the 10th occasion I’ve had with them being so unbelievably rude.
One of them even threw a to go bag at my boyfriend and asked him if that was his food and when he said “I’m not sure” she said “well it’s your job to know”.
RIDICULOUS.
They need to literally be shut down.
We go because it’s the most convenient at times but and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m over it after this RAW chicken they’ve now served me and I’m PREGNANT.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s. This was supposed to be fast food, but there was absolutely nothing fast about it. I stood at the register for over eight minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or took my order. After finally ordering, it took more than 20 minutes to receive my food. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a meal, I would have gone to a real sit-down restaurant — not a place that advertises quick service.
What made the experience even worse was watching the kitchen staff throw food across the kitchen instead of properly preparing orders. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to witness that kind of behavior, especially while already waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
I would like a refund for this experience and expect someone to contact me as soon as possible to address this situation. This level of service is unacceptable for a fast food establishment.
