Waited at left lane drive thru window, was not asked to wait or hold or even spoken to. Four cars in the right lane were attended, still I waited. Thought to myself that the speaker was probably malfunctioning so I pulled around to the right and inexplicably the left lane was being attended while the right side was then unacknowledged. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. I did not rush in, wasn’t rude, wasn’t loud. It was 8 o’clock in the morning and already the staff couldn’t do their job right.
