- EQErin QuarlesJan 1, 20261.0I was assigned to pick up a delivery order from DoorDash, and I was met with the rudest staff and experience that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When I pulled up to check in, I went to the door to speak with a member of the crew as directed by DoorDash. I was told to “wait outside“ in a very rude and sharp manner. I was not allowed to check in my order, and I was not met with the friendly service that I have grown accustomed to from the reputable Sonic’s brand. Disappointed isn’t the word, and I hate that one particular employee could possibly ruin an entire brand.

I asked for a diet limeade, I got a cherry limeade!! They didn't give us our change like they were waiting to see if we wanted it... omg this location has gone downhill...... ugh !!!!

It has a sense of nostalgia but as far as the service it is absolutely nauseating because as a customer or delivery driver I have never received fast friendly service unless it's day time because at night the workers do what they want. I wish I had a picture for proof but my mother in law were delivering together and actually witnessed 4 different employees come out and walk up to a car and were pouring alcohol in their sonic cups so maybe that's why theres such a long wait time and your order is messed up 🤷🏽♀️

I was in a rush so I decided to do a mobile order, I placed my order at 9:39, it is 10pm, I’ve been here for 15 minutes. All I ordered was a slushie…. Not to mention I tapped the red button, no one answered. The customer service here is always bad, but I put up with it because this is my favorite fast food establishment. Fix this, scaring away business
