I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s. This was supposed to be fast food, but there was absolutely nothing fast about it. I stood at the register for over eight minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or took my order. After finally ordering, it took more than 20 minutes to receive my food. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a meal, I would have gone to a real sit-down restaurant — not a place that advertises quick service.
What made the experience even worse was watching the kitchen staff throw food across the kitchen instead of properly preparing orders. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to witness that kind of behavior, especially while already waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
I would like a refund for this experience and expect someone to contact me as soon as possible to address this situation. This level of service is unacceptable for a fast food establishment.

Only gave one star cause there was no option for no stars. Extremely lazy workers. I think they believe you will go ahead and leave if you wait long enough without having your order taken

Unsafe and sketchy place...their doors were already locked at 9 pm, and panhandlers walking around asking for money and a ride somewhere...then they walked straight to the Econo Lodge behind McDonald's. Won't go back to that one.

This location is always a last resort for me but I for sure won’t be back. Service is slow, night shift employees are rude, and food is hit or miss (mostly miss).
There were two lanes open for drive through, y’all put the cones up BEHIND my car in the outside lane (joking that you should put the cones up in front of my car) and take the order for the car in front of me. Make me wait even longer while the inside lane builds up and then tell me on the mic that the lane is closed and I’d need to pull around and go to the inside lane? Nope.
