  This is the location near my house and we go here when we need to grab a quick meal. Every time we go at night I am left waiting no less than 45 minutes, then im handed a COLD bag of food. This has been on numerous occasions. They Definitely need new management. I leave disappointed and angry every time I have to stop here. Ive started going to Wendy's and I dont even like Wendy's. There is nothing FAST about this place and your FOOD is going to be cold and incorrect.

  Ordered 2 McChickens with Big Mac sauce my husband brings it out I have called the restaurant to complain and nobody will answer the phone you should not get food and when you open it it fall all over you and destroy your clothes that is the crappiest service I have ever received it any McDonald's and I have traveled all 50 states

  Can't stand this place. Takes to long to get food and it's because the workers are lazy and to busy playing. The owners never get there employees in line, no matter how many complaints there are either.

  if i could do 0/1000000 , i would. I had two uber orders and was told to pull to window.. after waiting 45 minutes the workers told me that i need to cancel the order cause it will take 40 more minutes for them to work on my uber order… even though i was already at the window? the worst spot to go to at night time it’s no sense of urgency at all & they laugh that they playing with your money

  One of the few 24 hours restaurant in Northport. Great for those who start early morning. Traffic control is hit or miss. Having two lanes does NOT mean faster service. Just means more lanes to wait. Parking is available but difficult due to double lanes. Customers can be blocked in a parking spot for awhile. Most of the employees I run across are young but are mostly nice. Ordering is hit or miss due to the dual lanes and customers cars cutting each other off. I ordered a peppermint mocha. He rang it up on screen as large frappe. When I verified, he backtracked and said they were out of peppermint. I would have given a lower star, but the cashier was extremely young and polite. She went above and asked around to see if they were truly out. Extra two stars in Service just for that.
