Employees are rude and not helpful. I didn't get my food so I leave. Still, no refund! So, I call and they say it's my fault. Of course it is. Owners should ride by a chic filet some time because they let this place run this way. I know I drop 1k a month at this place but I'm DONE! You are the WORST McDonald's on the planet! My advice to you. ANYONE working today should be the terrminated immediately or put on a professional development plan with direct supervision ONLY.

My daughter was on the phone with her sister whom was working and heard how the Manager talked to her 17 year old little sister. This is why people hate the fast food industry. They expect more pay, but the service is TERRIBLE.
