- YYYvonneJan 4, 20231.0Subway in Mt Vernon, AL on hwy 43. Went in at 630pm on Wednesday night on January 4, 2023. Had a party of 4 to order sandwiches. We stood there a few minutes deciding what we wanted. Then when we were ready to order one of the 2 young girls working said they were out of bread. Why didn't they tell us that while we were deciding which sandwich to order?? Were going to order a salad but half of the veggies were frozen and unedible. Left subway and went across the street to mcdonalds to eat. This is the 2nd time I've gone in this subway and left because of pathetic service. First time the cashier couldnt figure out how to use my coupon and had the nerve to tell me I had to pay full price because she wasn't trained to do coupons. Needless to say our party walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Will never go to this subway again. Extremely rude and poor service both times
