  They were very polite when taking my order and when bringing my food and there new smash burger is to die for 🤤🤤🤤

  I'll stop there Elmwood Park at the order kiosk for over 25 minutes and no one ever took my order so I got in the Drive-Thru Lane and waited another 15 minutes and it never moved so needless to say I left. The worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic they need to fix this issue at this particular store!!!

  THEY NEED SOME WORKERS ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN ENTIRE PLACE. Female Manager told me to hold and never came back to take my order at drive thru..i only had 2 drinks no food order. I Waited at drive thru more than 10 minutes didnt get to order was too hot sitting in sun. So I pulled to window waited 5 more mins 1 car was ahead of me. Got to window nice youngan said they only have 2 people working..he was most pleasant. I said lady never came back to drive thru to take my order the guy made my drinks hes awesome.

  I went through the drive through. I waited for 15 minutes to place my order. Then waited another 10 minutes at the window, just to get a milkshake. An employee came out to deliver drinks and food to the car behind me. Once I got the milkshake it was thin and had a lime taste. It was so nasty, I couldn't drink it. This is the second time in a week that I had unusually long wait to get service here. This will be my last trip to this Sonic.

  Big pot hole in the turn in lane... Hoping I can make it home so my husband can look at my car .... 😡 Also doesn't say card not working before you order
