  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has been an ongoing issue with this location. My fiancé and I ordered curbside around 9:30 PM and left our house immediately — we live at least 10 minutes away. When we arrived, we checked in and waited. There was another car in curbside with some teen boys, which ended up being relevant. We sat there while the drive-thru stayed busy, but what really stood out is that multiple cars that arrived after us were served and left before we ever got our food. At one point, I watched one of the boys from the other curbside spot go inside and come back out — and then they left shortly after. That made me start paying closer attention to the time. We ended up waiting 42 minutes for curbside. At that point, we had literally started unbuckling our seatbelts to go inside ourselves because the wait was so unreasonable. When our food was finally brought out, it was extremely disappointing — the shakes were completely melted, the fries were cold and hard, and the burgers were barely warm. I understand being busy, but curbside orders should not be ignored while the drive-thru is prioritized, especially to this extent. Every other McDonald’s I’ve used curbside at has had our food out within 10–15 minutes. This isn’t a one-time issue either — it’s happened multiple times at this location. If curbside can’t be handled properly, it honestly shouldn’t be offered.

  Nothing quite like visiting this location and waiting 30+ minutes for two basic combos, only to receive a melted milkshake, cold fries, and a burger that has the same quality as microwaved leftovers from last week... I'd sooner drive the next town over and get quality food with faster service almost any day, and I'd probably still make it back home faster than whatever gaslighting it takes to believe this is a competent establishment.

  Would give zero stars if i could. This is the most unsanitary restruant i have ever seen. The staff are slow and not helpful at all. It is faster to drive to next nearest location 30 minutes away and dine in than going through this drive thru. I can not begin to express how bad this location is. If this is a franchise the franchise license needs to be pulled. If its corprate someone needs to visit this location

  I can’t lie I waited 15 mins for a chicken sandwich, which isn’t a problem until I realized when I got home and started eating, the sandwich was not cooked all the way. Wouldn’t even feed this to my dog I can’t lie

  I arrived at 11:01. Walked inside and was asked to leave because the employees apparently forgot to loc the door. They informed me they were closed when the door and google said otherwise. That’s no trouble, the issue started when I asked to pee because I had just driven from Orlando Florida all day and needed to pee. They told me I had to leave and said no as they proceeded to walk me out. Completely uncalled for. I was not rude or anything. Think twice before you hire trash. I came on March 12th
