- BPBrittany ParkerOct 21, 20255.0Food is usually always good, I would have given 5 stars on the food but last time I got a wrap there the ends were hard and I had to tear them off to be able to eat it. I don't know if it hardened because of stellness or because of heating it or whatever, but employees definitely need to make sure that the issue doesn't keep happening because it's not very good to eat hard flat bread at all. Other than that I love Subway, this store is usually always clean with friendly staff, and this store has a drive-thru thru which is a plus. I thought Subway always advertised that they served freshness every day, but on that day my flat bread wrap didn't seem very fresh at all. Please do better cause I expect my food to be like you advertised and promise your customers it will be. Ty
