    I go to McDonald's almost daily usually two different times One time will be to get a frappe the other time to eat lunch and I always tell them that I want it cooked to order and by the time I get done paying for it they're already trying to hand me my food and I don't know about anyone else but I don't especially like cold are barely warm fries I like mine hot straight out of the basket and they always give me barely one fries every time never fails and always gets an attitude with me like it's my fault workers nowadays don't care about their jobs especially fast food workers but that's a whole another story if this keeps up I will stop going I spend way too much money there to get cold fries or burgers

    I have the app. Ordered on the kiosk and the card reader wouldn't work. It said to take my slip and go to the counter to pay there. It never printed a slip. Waited and waited at the register and could not get any help. It deducted all the points i had saved up and we finally ended up walking out. The bathrooms were absolutely trashed as well.

    I made an online order for pickup at the counter. When I walked in, my food wasn’t at the counter, so I waited, no one ever greeted me or asked me if I needed help, because no one was working the front counter or even watching it. When my order was ready a girl asked my name, and I told her. I checked the happy meal, because they leave out the apple slices quite often. I noticed there were no apple slices and I didn’t get my child’s sweat tea, so I waited to tell someone, but I had to walk behind the counter to get someone’s attention, because again, no one was at the front counter, or even watching it. when I got home to eat my McDouble it was missing the bottom bun… This is outrageously ridiculous!
