  I felt bad for the person at the front counter, seemed poorly trained and had to have the manager come over twice and didn't seem she wanted to be there or help her staff that were on the floor if Dave Thomas was still around and saw how she acted towards them she would be out the door so fast. The temperature was so cold in the building.

  I have to put one because I cannot put a 0... I walk in yesterday to pick up food that my pastor ordered for me because of the fact that I am stranded in Montgomery because my Greyhound bus got canceled. She tells me that I cannot receive the food because they are not serving anymore this was at 2:00 in the afternoon I said well my pastor ordered me food because I am stranded here she goes well you're going to have to deal with it some other way. I was going to stop there and just post it as it was but now I am reading everybody else's reviews like 10 deep there is so much negativity about this place and about the manager how do they not replace that person if this was my Wendy's and got that many reviews I would consider flipping the whole crew come on man do better!

  Do not eat here. Found a hair in my burger so I went back to get a refund. I went in side and saw that NONE of the employees had on hair nets nor gloves. They are making/serving food with their bare dirty hands. One of the workers had long braids that was down to her but and not pulled back so had she is there putting the fries or the nuggets in the containers, her hair is brushing against the food. Saw one of the cooks drop something frozen, probably patties, in the fryer, BARE HANDS!! No gloves. That’s disgusting and definitely not up to food safety protocols

  Awful. Our food took forever. Our order was wrong in numerous ways. It was so cold inside, we opted to eat in our van. I had to go back in and ask for toys for kids meals, and the sauce we requested for kids. My sandwich was wrong but I just ate it. No wait for table, but long wait for food. The pop machine was gross and both my husband and I felt the pop wasn't even worth drinking.

  I stopped in to get some quick lunch on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting anything. The service was horrible. One of the workers that was taking the order of people infront of me acted completely clueless and was goofing off. I was in line for two minutes trying to order food. During that time, one of the workers was just standing there while he could’ve gotten my order and the other person’s behind me. I had to leave because I could just tell it was going to take forever. The employees were goofing off, not giving a care in the world for costumers. Terrible. I would give this 0 if I could.
