  Terrible If you catch them on good day you might get a fresh burger. But everytime I've ordered from here they take 20+ Minutes no matter what. Me and my dad waited 20 minutes for 2 cold burgers. Also I placed an order 30 minutes in advance and STILL had to wait. You're better off going to the Mcdonalds across the street.

  I only gave three stars because the one sweet young lady that was working there on Easter was extremely helpful, respectful, professional, understanding, calm, and just wonderful. She deserves ★★★★★★★★★★ [10 stars instead of 3 but the food was absolutely horrible that's why I only did that many.] I mean the food for some odd reason had absolutely NO taste to it at all or either my taste buds decided they were not gonna work at all at that very moment. 😑 I have had sonic before, many times at the Eastchase location, and always thought it was good but this location was like eating cardboard. It was horrible. The only thing good was the Sonic Blasts we orded and the Icy Feeeze. I really hate only giving 3 starts because the young lady there was wonderful. But I hate also even giving 3 stars because the food was absolutely horrible and dull. Sonic is definitely not like it use to be, least their food isn't at this location. 🤷‍♀️

  A little delay on getting the milkshakes for as late as it was. They could of had something going on inside with machine or something else. All in all it wasn't bad.

  Only thing consistent is their terrible service and attitudes at this location. Never service with a smile, despite tipping well every single visit. Order has been wrong multiple times. Finally called this time to ask for order to be corrected. AQUILA finally answered the phone after the 12th ring but she didn't want to hear it. Every question she asked, I agreed, and she just kept repeating herself, as if she wanted an argument. I didn't even both going to pick up the corrected order. I can't trust for it to not be tampered with. People who act like that have nothing left to lose in life and could care less about how they treat others. I won't risk my kids health over her nonsense. Unless you want a headache or a health scare, probably better to skip this location altogether. Or at least wait until Aquila isn't on shift.

  I ordered the pretzel smasher burger, the onion rings and drink. They were out of pretzel bun and tangy sauce so they gave me a regular bun and their regular sauce. Food was perfectly cooked, hot and the onion rings were crispy. Food was hot. I would order food at this sonic again
