  Bad customer service. Very rude and sharp tone from the lady who I interacted with at 11:45am on 4/13/26. As soon as she answered the button with an attitude, I immediately left. Train your employees better.

  The parking lot was completely empty, miysha took 20 minutes to bring out my food and proceeded to forget 2 of my 3 drinks, that was an honest mistake, but when I told her I she looked visibly annoyed and took another 10 ro bring them out. While I was waiting on my drinks tovbe brought out I noticed she gave me the completely wrong order. Also an honest mistake, but when I pointed it out she once again looked at me like I was stupid and never even apologized for the inconvenience or wait since im assuming they had to make my food from scratch because that took another 15 minutes. I worked as a carhop for sonic through college and I get people make mistakes but she easily could've fixed her attitude, especially considering I was the only car there for the first 25 minutes of my wait.

  this store closes at 11p and i pulled into my spot at 1028 and was told that they “are not taking any more orders” despite an almost empty parking lot… with workers hanging out with teenagers on the patio. i instead ordered pickup online and was able to order? odd
