  Requested to sit outside. We were seated alone in the alleyway! Ridiculous! Slow service…as in the waiter forgot we were there. Food was good enough. Not very warm/hot, but no waiter around to request food be heated up. This place has a great location, however, lacking in service

  So tonight on Friday, April 24 I went to Saza with my mother and my brother and I had a terrible experience. The host gave my table away to the wrong table because she assumed that I was with another person. That was fine sure, until they sat us in the back corner of the restaurant where it took 15 minutes for a server to come to us. I had to ask a random server to get us three waters to start us off with our server was Desmond He went to his other large table that was in front of us multiple times on occasion without acknowledging us once and then when he did come to the table, he said that he was busy now granted yes y’all were busy, but he never greeted to us at all, I had to ask him what his name was and I work in the industry. I am a bartender and I’ve served before the service was terrible. The food was great, but I will not be coming back.

  I have eaten at some of the best Italian restaurant in the country. This restaurant is a hidden gem. I had the "Sunday Sauce", it was amazing... Meat was tender and flavorful. I sat at the bar; the staff was attentive and fast. I'll be back.

  We stopped at Sa Za on our way home from New Orleans and had a very disappointing experience at the bar. Our server, Des, was exceptional—professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately, the bartender, Brandon, handled a simple request for water with lemon in a very unaccommodating way, stating there were only a few lemons left even though the bar was not busy. It left a bad impression on an otherwise nice stop, especially for something so small and basic.

  T- Was a phenomenal waitress and made my first experience at SaZas one that I will never forget. She was patient, explained each menu item with clarity, and what she recommended was extraordinary. I highly recommend this restaurant, but make sure to ask for T. Dr. Tiffany Tynes Curry Columbus, OH
