  Ordered double filet, got a single. Ordered a large strawberry shake, got a vanilla. Did a mobile order, should be simple to fulfill the order.

  Just blessed to find somewhere that was open and taking orders in Montgomery...can't EVER count on Wendy's or Burger King!

  Placed an online order about 20 minutes before they closed, went to pick it up and the worker answered the drive-thru and requested we wait a moment. After waiting for nearly 5 minutes with no response when we tried talking into the speaker we pulled up to the window and waited until the vehicle in front of us had been served. When we finally got to the window we had to tap it to get the worker's attention and showed the receipt for the online order to which she responded that they were closed for the night and couldn't make any more food despite the fact that we had placed our order 20 minutes before and had now been waiting nearly 15 minutes at the restaurant. She should have told us they were closed when we first pulled up so we didn't waste everyone's time and we could have avoided dealing with her attitude.

  Sopt by and ordered 2 cheeseburger meal at the drive thru. They took my order and then I pulled up to pay the young lady was nice. The pulled up to get my food it took about 5 minutes got my food and the fries was not hot and the burgers was cold and one of them was not even in the wrap, it was put in the bag just like that. I called the store before I wrote this post but no answer. I wish there was a way I could post the pictures.

  I gave one because it's has to be a better way to treat these children after school, locking the doors. Not acceptable, nor safe especially when this location has been in the community for ages. No umbrellas or coverings to even provide an outdoor area for children..someone should be there to take orders if this is the way you choose to deal with the school age rush. Love the manager Nikita... Not unacceptable.
