Went at 1030 today and Everything is cold. Fries and burger and i don’t understand why if you just start serving lunch. Luckily im not able to take it back and get a refund. Waste of money

Placed a mobile order for breakfast. Buns was hard around the edges on all 3 baconators. Also, forgot to put my side order of potatoes in the bag. But charged my card. Not to mention the order wasn't ready when I got there.

Their Baconators didn't look like they had bacon on them. After opening the sandwich, I found each hamburger patty did have very small pieces of extremely soggy bacon on them. There wasn't more then one regular sized slice of bacon total on each Baconator sandwich.

If you don’t have something, then do not charge my card for it. I went for a salad in the drive through and the window person said they don’t have lettuce. After words, I went to try and cancel the order. It was placed that I picked the order. Now, the staff in the store acting like they cant fix the mistake. The employee in the drive through was just overly rude about the situation.
