I came through the drive-thru and was immediately asked to hold. I waited without any issue. When the employee returned, there was no greeting, no apology for the wait, and the tone from the beginning was unpleasant. As I started placing my order, she yelled that she couldn’t hear me. I spoke up, but her attitude became even more disrespectful. I calmly told her that there was no need to be rude and that I would pull forward. At that point, a manager named Keke became involved and appeared to defend the employee rather than address the situation appropriately. I simply wanted to place my order and receive basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I had to explain myself to staff members when I was not the one being unprofessional. My children were in the vehicle, and for their sake, I chose not to escalate the situation further. However, the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism shown by both the employee at the window and the manager was unacceptable. I came to purchase food, not to be treated rudely. I hope this matter is addressed properly, and that staff at this location are retrained on respectful communication and customer service standards.
