- AEAgt. eddyFeb 12, 20261.0Lady at the window was being super unreasonable about my door dash, i went thru the drive thru with no one there so i went to the window and then the lady kept telling me to go back to the drive thru to “tell her the dash name” when i was already showing her the name and order thru the window, she shut the window in my face and a couple minutes later after being ignored for several minutes had me pull up just so she could get the other cars in line, meanwhile i’m waiting for her to get my order just for them to not even give it to me till i asked my door dash customer to call and tell them i’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes

Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 min with zero response, then the employee that finally came over the intercom had a very poor attitude, we pulled up to the window, waited another 5 min to pay and get our drinks, then had to pull forward to sit and wait another 10 min for chicken nuggets and French fries. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. Take your money somewhere else.

I ordered 2 meals and she assumed I was done and gave me my total. I asked to add 2 frostys, which she didn't seem happy about. I got our drinks and frostys, then she said we had to pull up to wait for fries...at a fast food restaurant. 3 cars from behind me got their orders and left. When we finally got our meals and ate them, the burgers were cold and the fries and nuggets were semi warm. Not fast and not hot. Will not return.
