She was told that they closed the drive through because they were too busy with in person and online. This is not acceptable. Either close the drive through permanently or provide the advertised service with excellence. Some do not come through drive through for just convenience but necessity. She was told they could not help her.

The açaí bowls barely have any açaí, just mostly toppings, and they don’t even include the proper utensils in the bag. On top of that, the young ladies working today were extremely rude, which was very disheartening. I will no longer be spending my money here.
