  When I visited this tropical smoothie for the first time on February 15 around 5:50 in the evening, I was not greeted when I entered. The staff members that were working were carrying on a conversation, that they continued to carry on for about a minute and a half upon my entering. Eventually, one of the young ladies smiled and spoke, but the caucasian guy continued the conversation until one of the other young ladies prodded him to attend to me at the cash register. When I spoke and said hello to him directly, he simply looked at me and did not greet me, and upon completing the tender of my order, I said thank you, and he did not respond. But then another gentleman entered the establishment and that same young man who completed my order greeted him warmly and loudly, and even when the customer left, he said to have a good evening. This was my first time visiting this particular, tropical smoothie, but for as long as that young man works there, it will likely be my last. I felt unseen and unvalued, and as if I was an inconvenience to those working there

  Had this been my first TSC experience, it would have been my last. I ordered the Detox, chicken Thai wrap and kale salad. My standard order. They either forgot the fruits in the Detox or it was so little fruit It tasted more like salad smoothie. I had to ask for the Thai sauce for my wrap which was barely toasted and the kale salad was mushy and had mushy apples. After asking for the Thai sauce, I ate the inside but not the raw tortilla, threw the kale salad away and sadly went ahead and drank my salad smoothie. I didn’t complain to the kids working as I could tell it wouldn’t have mattered. I don’t live here, so you don’t have to worry about me coming back, but just know, this is the worst location I have ever visited.

  So I ordered four smoothies on Sunday right and I ordered them around 11:20 to 11:25 I put in a pickup time for 12:00 when I got to the order all of this movies were juice then I called the store and told them that I wanted them to fix it because I didn't pay $40 for juice on paid for a smoothie my question and my issue was why would you allow somebody to order something and then specify a pickup time and then you still go and make this movie at the time of order versus right before the pickup time you understand your business model is a smoothie and not juice so I'm just really confused as to why your store policy would be make this movie at the time of order. I get that you don't want to get behind on orders but again your dealing with ice and then time and then melting so none of that makes any sense needless to say it has changed my process with ordering and timing and just Tropical Smoothie in general.
