  So I ordered four smoothies on Sunday right and I ordered them around 11:20 to 11:25 I put in a pickup time for 12:00 when I got to the order all of this movies were juice then I called the store and told them that I wanted them to fix it because I didn't pay $40 for juice on paid for a smoothie my question and my issue was why would you allow somebody to order something and then specify a pickup time and then you still go and make this movie at the time of order versus right before the pickup time you understand your business model is a smoothie and not juice so I'm just really confused as to why your store policy would be make this movie at the time of order. I get that you don't want to get behind on orders but again your dealing with ice and then time and then melting so none of that makes any sense needless to say it has changed my process with ordering and timing and just Tropical Smoothie in general.

  Great smoothie but the Asian girl who works there was rude , came to get my smoothie and she rolled her eyes at me

  MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE SMOOTHIE PLACE!!! I always get the Acai Smoothie and it’s just WOWWWW. I also tried one of the summer smoothies and it was amazing too. The staff here are super cute and friendly, and the food is honestly just perfect . If you want a light but delicious lunch, you HAVE to try the Chicken Chipotle Sandwich it is A M A Z I N G. Even their salads are fresh and great!

  Rudest staff ever on night shift. They are right next door to the gym and we got out close to closing time. I ordered 2 wraps and added in a tip. They only put one in the bag. No problem they checked my receipt and began to make the other one. They then replaced my bag on the counter for pick up. The wrap still wasn’t in there and they said oh we’re just checking the receipt again. I said OK a few minutes went by there again they put my bag back on the counter. I came got the bag, stood outside, talking to another patron about working out then got in my Jeep took a phone call while drinking my Smoothie and then proceeded back across the street to my neighborhood when I got inside and opened the bag there was still one wrap in there. I called back and said why did you still not put my wrap in there? They said they were trying to stop me to give me the wrap, but I already left, which was a blatant lie since I stood outside talking to Another patron and then I sat in my car drinking my smoothie and talking on the phone right in front of the big glass window so there’s no way they tried to stop me and give me my wrap. And why would you keep putting my bag on the counter for pick ups like my order was complete. They were trying to be funny because they had a nasty attitude from the start because it was so close to closing time when me and others from the gym came in. Even though I TIPPED THEM. So when I told them OK I’ll just come right back across the street and get it. I’m three minutes from you. They said you didn’t check your bag. You don’t check your food? Well we’re closed now . Keep in mind I’ve already paid for this wrap.I went back the next morning. Got a refund, including my tip back. Trash customer service and management. Reported location to corporate never received a call from the manager.
