Poor food quality
I always order the same thing and they screw it up every time even when I tell them at the drive thru speaker . I think they do it on purpose because I customize my drink

We ordered a big breakfast deluxe and 2 egg McMuffin the only 1 old lady working in the front cashier she did not give us utensil syrup so we went Back ask for it it took about 5 minutes just for that they have about 6 worker in the back , but only one old lady working in the front taking order really bad service bad management!! The floor real wet slippery and all the dining room tables are really sticky dirty very disgusting

I went by 12/12/2025 at 5:30 am on my way to dialysis and purchased a sausage biscuit combo took me 15 to 20 minutes to receive the food. Get to dialysis which down the street from McDonald's get in my chair for treatment only to realize my biscuit is cold and rubbery. I tried calling to inform them of the mistake but the phone was busy or going straight to Voicemail with no ability to leave a message. I'm taking it back after my treatment.

Everytime I come I’m getting pulled up or having to wait it 6 in the morning with no line why am I waiting on a biscuit. They have to do better this is crazy.

Employees are way too loud talking and yelling back and forth at each other and they also bring their kids to work with them. Also the music is kind of loud there not a good atmosphere for breakfast
