    I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes while several cars behind me were served ahead of me. When I finally asked what was going on, the entire team working at that time couldn’t even offer a simple apology or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they told me to “come inside to argue,” or go to another store, which is completely unacceptable and represents what nature of personality they got into food and service industry!! Any customer would be frustrated after being ignored like that, especially when the staff shows zero courtesy or accountability. Not even a basic “sorry” for the wait — nothing. This location urgently needs better training for the whole team in customer service, communication, and handling situations professionally. With the way the whole team was acting, it’s pretty clear this is just the level of service they’re used to giving.

    Today, October 10, 2025, I went for breakfast. The cashier was very rude; she didn't provide cutlery, napkins, or the honey they put on the pancakes, and she was missing the... (I checked my order and got annoyed). I don't recommend it.

    The crispy chicken strips are way smaller than what they show on TV. Not something I would rush to get again.taste good not great just as well have the chicken nuggets
