  I didn’t wait long and they were really kind, buuuuut my double quarter ponder with cheese was jerky.

  The last several times I have been here I have had to pull over into the waiting lanes, even for the simplest order...a biscuit...a kids meal...and the wait times are long. Why?

  The food was cold and I had a 10 came with no sauce then I order a mocha it came with no sugar I’m gagging a no for me just pathetic

  I stopped in for take out on 12/27/25 around 3:30 PM on my way home from work. I live 30 minutes away. I did a mobile order for a filet-o-fish sandwich and 40 piece mcnuggets. The bread and cheese was so hard it crumbled in my hands. Fish so hard could not bite into. My son opened the mcnuggets which were dark brown, dry and had black spots on them. He tried to eat anyway. To hard to eat. I was so upset I thew everything in the trash. I was to far away to take them back. I went into the McDonald's to talk to a manager. A tall slender black man with a head set on came out. When I told him what had happened, he went and got a plain piece of paper for me to write my complaint on. I told him I would just go on line and file my complaint. He did not act like he was the least bit concerned. For the record, I have bought the Mcnuggets and fish sandwich numerous times over the years with no problems. That visit did me in. I will never go back to McDonald's if this is what they have become. I would have rated everything a 0 if I could. TERRIBLE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!
