Do not go inside, they will make drive thru orders a priority and you will wait twice as long. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and McChicken. Cancelled my order after observing the person preparing food dig in her hair and scratch her body. Absolutely disgusting.

Food was good and hot 🔥 we dine in and my grandkids enjoy the inside play area and the only thing is that no table was clean had to go in the bathroom to get paper towels to wet and wash the table but it wasn't any in their I didn't ask the staff for a towel because they was real busy but later had to ask for a towel and she came and wash the table for us .As we're leaving I had a survey code for buy one get one on any sandwich and order a sweet tea I love that because it use to be you can't get but a quarter pounder so as I place my order I got my free refill as my order got ready she gave me my sandwiches but not my sweet tea and when I ask her for it she saw my refill drink which was a coke and said she already gave me Mt drink I tried to show her my receipt she didn't want to look at it and the way she gave it to me I don't think I want to dine in any more because I felt like she was accusing me of stealing a drink .I think at least through the drive through it's better communication but I'll just be lacking of the refill when dining in

I stopped by and ordered in store on 2/13. The staff was a loud and somewhat obnoxious but it seemed like they were having fun and it reminded me of me and the crew I worked with at McDonald’s when I was 16 in the 90s. The lobby was a bit dirty and only 2 other people were there ordering but the drive thru was jam packed with about 15 cars. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and in that time they had at least half the cars served. Other than the messy lobby I really don’t have any complaints!

No drink machines , horrible customer service . Attitudes alllll around I’ve never been to a place as rude with their customers as them . Food was okay .
