  I consider myself a very dedicated and faithful Jimmy John's customer. There are very few things I love more than a JJ sammy. Last weekend we stopped at this location during our family roadtrip and I am not being dramatic when I say this was the only time I have been disappointed with JJ - and it was absolutely astonishing. I made a pick up order from my app, and I waited patiently in line for my turn. There was one woman in front of me I wasn't sure if she had been helped yet. The one man working there said NEXT PLEASE, looking at both of us. I assumed he was referring to her because she was in front of me so I didn't say anything. His eyes got 10x bigger and angrily said NEXT??? So I just said I have a pick up order. He mumbled something as he walked away, and I waited for him to come back before I had the chance to ask for the bathroom code. Once I stepped into the bathroom it was disgusting. Pee in the toilet with the seat up, sink water running and toilet paper / paper towels everywhere. It was filthy. Once I was done, trying not to touch a thing, I picked up my sandwich and walked by a table full of old Starbucks drinks half-full, and several pizza boxes. There was no music playing, the place looked like a pig stye. Then I got back in our car and my husband & I started eating our sandwiches and they tasted disgusting. The lettuce was brown and white, and we each took maybe 1-3 bites before we just threw it away (we were already half way down the freeway) just to make sure we wouldn't get sick. I am so beyond disappointed and shocked by this experience both service, quality of food and atmosphere.

  I was out of town and store was closed when I ordered off Uber eats so I didn't know if I would miss my buss or not so I basicly said they could have it my bus was running super later and reordered the same thing again on Uber eats not only did the driver get my food to me as soon as the bus pulled up but the sub I ordered before was also in there and both was delicious thanks for the food the service and having genuine people that work that I appreciate and highly recommend this place

  I recently visited and was thoroughly disappointed. Paying $18 for a sub, I expected at least decent service and flavor, but instead, the staff was rude and the taste was completely mediocre. Definitely not worth returning.

  Asked for a medium cubano and medium tuna sandwich plus a bag of chips. Both sandwiches were scant on the filings. Total was $30. On top of that when I went to tap my card, the total was $80! When I brought this to the server's attention, he seemed irritated. Guess he was add in the tip. Got that squared away and left immediately.

  Manager was so rude I just walked out. Went to Scott Street Deli just up the road instead and I am sure glad I did!
