  I can't really give them an accurate score because they were closed at 6:54 and probably was closed before then it looked like they had already abandoned ship before Time according to what the hours are they're supposed to be open till 9:00 but we closed the whole 3 hours and some change or 2 hours and some change earlier that sucks I wonder who's running this store because they need to be fired

  I stopped by after seeing online that they were open, but when I asked about their hours, a middle-aged white woman working there cussed me out. Super rude and completely uncalled for. They also seemed really short-staffed, which probably didn’t help. On the bright side, the young black guy working there was very kind and helpful. Honestly the only reason I didn’t rate this place lower. He deserves credit for staying professional when others didn’t.

  I got the Vito 5 sandwich. I couldn't taste the basil, oregano nor the oil and vinegar that was supposed to come on the sandwich.

  I checked online before coming and it clearly stated the location was open until 9:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, a woman met us at the locked door and told us she had decided to close at 7:00. We drove all the way across town to eat here, only to be turned away. If employees are closing the store whenever they feel like it, it raises serious concerns about how the rest of the operation is being run—especially in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and proper procedures. This kind of disregard for basic standards is how locations end up getting shut down or facing serious health violations.
