- BHBrenda HillAug 17, 20251.0The girl working on Sunday, August 17 at1215pm was rude and unprofessional. Stole $3.50 from me. I ordered a small coffee and doughnut. She charged $9.58, I gave her a tip with the change to equal 10$., while I waited for my order. She gave me 2 small coffees. When I told her I ordered 1 coffee , she refused to give me a refund, for the extra coffee I did not order. Instead, trying to pour the 2 coffees in a larger cup. Refused to give me the number for the manager, stating she was not working today. Dunkin’ please rethink who you hire to represent your company!
