The server had to step away 4 times while we were trying to place our order to assist other employees. All the tables were dirty. I went to counter and asked for a rag to clean the table. (My opinion) The person behind the counter was stressed as they were trying to help another employee at the same time. I saw disposable wipes they used on the counter, but I was able to reach them. I grabbed the container and told them I would clean the tables and bring it back when I was done...she smiled and said thank you. She was multi-tasking, but getting lost while doing it. We ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The bagel did not taste fresh, plus the temp of the bagel was not consistent. Parts were warm, others were cold. Again, I see this as a training and lack of supervision.
