Especially when I was calm and nice when I called to get a resolution is insane. When I called about the pizza I didn't receive at the time of it being marked as delivered, I was told that a fresh one would be sent out and redelivered. Upon waiting to hear back from the store manager, which was 40 minutes later about the pizza, I was told that it was dropped off on my doormat. And I was told the driver dropped it off and took a picture. No one knocked on my door to hand it to me or anything. Just silently sitting there at some random point throughout the night AFTER I CALLED ABOUT IT NOT BEING THERE! And to make matters worse when trying to get clarity from the manager on when it arrived because it was extremely cold at that point, the manager told me it was on the doormat you describe and hung up on me! When I tried to call back, no one answered my call. They lack taking accountability and are trying to pretend it was delivered just fine and on time when in fact it was not. If it was, it shouldn't have taken the manager 40 MINUTES LATER to let me know it was delivered and make sure I had it and the issue was resolved. Overall just a mess! When all they had to do was make a FRESH pizza to redeliver, knock on my door, apologize for the inconvenience, and put the fresh new pizza in my hand to ensure it was delivered to the right person the 2nd TIMES! But no, I ended up with a wrongfully delivered, re-delivered from the wrong address COLD PIZZA 30-40 MINUTES LATER!

So I order pizzas well done so the dough is actually cooked. They never ever come well done let alone done. Don't rush the cooking process... or check the temp on your oven... or please pay more attention. Thank you.
