When I arrived, there were 3 people working in the store. 2 of them went out back with no pizzas. one guy is doing all the work and calling for somebody else to come help him. nobody's coming. I've been waiting to on my pizza for thirty minutes. They just put it in the oven. There is a reason your store has bad ratings and it has to do with your employees. The one employee told me the other employee is in the bathroom. I guess he gets thirty minute bathroom breaks. The phone has been ringing nonstop, and nobody is here to answer it. When the guy finally did arrive from the back, he looked like he had no idea what to do in the other person had to tell him what to do because he just stood there for 2 minutes. When the app said my pizza was ready, I still had to wait five minutes for it. Why? Because we've lowered our standards as a society, that's why. Another sad Montgomery fast food experience.
