I called the store and the phone just rung and rung. I ended up driving to the store on Chantilly to pick up my order. There were 2 people in the building and 1 person working and they were swamped. I asked about my order and it had been sitting for over a hour and was cold. I ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza and added sausage. It was poorly made. It didn’t have any sauce and a pinch of cheese. It had huge Italian sausage. I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak thin crust pizza with no mushrooms and light onions. It was covered in mushrooms and I’m allergic and covered in onions. I told the young man I didn’t want it and the pizza was made wrong. He argued me down that the pizza was made correctly. I told him I order this all the time and it’s not. He said I can remake but it’ll be about a hour because he had several orders and the only one working. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me one because the manger was at the hospital. I asked when would she be back he said maybe by 830pm. I left the pizza and called the store back at 8:30pm and she still wasn’t there and he didnt know when she would be back. I left my info for her to call and she never did. I contacted corporate and still haven’t been contacted for my refund. I was charged for a delivery that was never delivered and pizza that I left at the store. I will never order from Dominos after this. I want my refund.
