- TKTaylor Kim4 days ago1.0I saw this drive-thru pizza pickup system for the first time in the U.S., and honestly, it makes no sense. Yes, there is only one line, and whether you ordered early or not, you receive your pizza strictly in the order cars arrive. I placed an online car-side pickup order 30 minutes in advance and drove to the store, but they told me to get in the drive-thru line anyway. There were already more than five cars ahead of me, and it took over 30 additional minutes just for the line to clear. How does this system make sense? Pizza isn’t fast food like a hamburger that’s made instantly. If customers still have to wait in the same line regardless of pre-ordering, what’s the point of ordering ahead? From the time I placed my order to the time I got home with my pizza, it took an hour and a half. I would not recommend this location, and I strongly believe their pickup system needs serious improvement.

It went in the oven at 6:03 pm and tracker app said Carlos was the delivery driver. That sweet young man was here with it by 6:23 pm. He was friendly and smiling. I only had so much cash on me for a tip, but I wish I could of gave him more. He was very sweet and had a bright smile. Great experience 🙂
