  I went to this location at 8:45 my burger was uncooked and I could’ve got very sick I do not approve of this location at all I have picture proof the burger was very uncooked

  Buenos días, dejo esta resella porque acabo de pasar una muy mala experiencia con su empleada, resulta que es la primera vez que voy a comprar comida en este lugar y cuando hice mi pedido pensé que era como todos los lugares de comida rápida de este país, que pides tu orden y te parqueas un poco más adelante para que el carro de atrás pueda pagar su orden y eso fue justo lo que hice me para medio metro más alante de la ventana de cristal que tiene vista para el otro lado, ahí estuve esperando al rededor de 20 min era el único cliente que había ahí y la señora que estaba cobrando podía verme ahí parqueada y nisiquiera fue capaz de decirme que mi comida estaba lista. Yo entiendo perfectamente que su trabajo no es llevarme la comida al carro pero ella podía avisarme que ya estaba lista porque yo era el único carro que estaba ahí parqueado esperando es muy decepcionante la forma en que lo abordó. Yo sé que solo soy un simple cliente pero es mi primera y última vez en ese lugar.

  Why are the doors locked 3 hours before it says the lobby closes? My blizzard was made wrong and they didn’t even fill the ice cream to the top of the cup. This whole city has such terrible customer service.

  I love my blizzards! The burgers and fries were good and fresh. Cashier was very friendly!

  If I could give zero stars, I 100% would. This place looks like it’s run by a husband and wife who woke up one day and said, “Let’s open a restaurant,” with absolutely no plan. The woman at the window was so rude it was almost impressive. She could barely understand us, then told us to pull forward in the middle of our order like we were inconveniencing her. When we got to the window, we finished ordering, paid, and that’s when the real fun began. She handed us our food, told us we could only have two sauces unless we paid for a third (okay, rules are rules I guess), but then— surprise! — my husband’s card was missing. When we told her, she swore up and down she gave it back. Two seconds later, her husband strolls out and says it “fell.” Right. Because cards just fall out of thin air. My husband asked if we could get the honey mustard we originally wanted for the inconvenience, and the guy said no, because apparently honey mustard is a luxury item now. Between the rude service, missing card, and sauce stinginess, this was honestly comedy at this point. All that chaos over a packet of honey mustard. I left with food, a headache, and a great story.
