Today there were 14 people in line waiting to order, one person building burritos and a young lady standing at the register looking around. Somehow I think they forgot about getting orders taken and giving other employees some help.

And I thought that the food was supposed to be fresh?? Not this Chipotle! Even the manager lolly gagging around, when it’s a long line of customers.

The Eastern Boulevard location seriously needs faster and more efficient service. There is no reasonable explanation for being stuck in the drive-through for nearly an hour after my order was already paid for. To make matters worse, I sat at the drive-through window for over 20 minutes before anyone even opened it. Had I not already placed my order online, I would have left. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Chipotle before, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.
