  Extremely under staff and the crew working has no importance to them. They had one lady fixing food and working the cash register. I’ve been to this location 4-5 times, each time they are missing items with no ETA on when it will be ready.

  I don't know if it's really fair for me to judge Chipotle because I love it so very much and the food is always better at this specific store but there were a lot of kids there and they made a lot of noise but other than that it was great.

  BRUTAL. Ran out of every protein at once and everyone had to sit and wait. Kitchen appeared filthy. Staff complaining about the customers in front of us (while we waited 15 minute!). Dirty tables, no forks, dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, clogged toilet. Should have turned around the moment we walked in. Food was oversalted. Praying we don’t get food poisoning. Was looking for the hidden cameras. Insane!

  I have never been in a Chipotle this bad….and we love Chipotle. We used to eat at this location weekly but my how they’ve fallen in the last several months. We have yet to go in there when they have every option available. They hardly have any topping ready (and this is right when they open) and never have all the protein options. Just last Sunday they had only chicken and white rice even cooked and no pico or corn available. Attempted another day and they only had sour cream as a topping and no chicken. Another visit it was no pico, corn or guacamole. And just last night no chicken, no pico and no corn. My meal now cost me $19 so if I am going to pay that I want everything I enjoy on my meal. This location might as well close of this is how they continue to operate. You wait in line for 20+ mins only to find out when you get up there they have nothing you want. Extremely frustrating. Please someone fix it! I need Chipotle in my life.

  This is the 1st time in my life I've ever felt the needcc to write a review. .........GOOD or BAD🤦🏿 This might be the worse Chipotle in America!!!! You are better off spending time recreating Chipotle in your kitchen than waste your time going to this location. Because the result will be the same..... NOTHING!!!!! I've been to this location twice, and there won't be a third. There's nothing these google bots or apologies could do to change my mind. If you have a taste for Chipotle, I would avoid this location like the plague. I feel bad for those kids who work there because they are left to deal with unhappy customers and they aren't equipped to handle it. I literally just watched 10-15 paying customers all walk out unhappy!!! This location is in the busiest part of Montgomery lol. How are you not prepared during lunch hours no matter how many ppl in there working???? At this point.... Robert Irvine could come manage this location and I wouldnt come back. CHIPOTLE!!!!!! That's too good of a location to be as poorly managed as it is. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY 💰💰💰💰
