  We stopped in at Chick-fil-A after about 10 hours of driving from Dallas on our way to Charleston, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. Even though it was after 8:00 p.m., the team greeted us right when we walked in and got our order taken quickly. The food came out fast, and everything was fresh and hot, which says a lot that late in the evening. What really stood out, though, was Ethan. We had ordered coffee, but the machine had already been cleaned for the night. We told him not to worry about it, but he insisted and said he’d brew a fresh batch for us. Sure enough, he did just that and even brought the coffee over to our table. That level of care and follow-through is what real customer service looks like. Chick-fil-A already sets a high bar, but Ethan went above and beyond even that. Five stars all the way. Big thank you to Ethan for turning a long travel day into a great stop.

  Food was good, a little overcooked. One of the employees was acting smart for no reason, trying to add extra food and then completely disregarding my request by saying it took "longer to do and to just have it like that. " It took up to the manager asking what's happening for him to act up. Genuinely one of my worst encounters.

  I ordered a chicken biscuit add cheese, tomato, and bacon. When I got my order all the toppings were on the side. I called the store and asked why they were on the side and not on the sandwich. The assistant manager went to ask the GM and was told that they always put them on the side unless requested otherwise. I know for a fact that is not true because I ordered the same thing every time and the toppings are never on the side. So I had to wait until I got to work, which is 20 mins away to put the cheese, tomato, and bacon on my biscuit. So cold sandwich, cheese that wasn't melted and cold bacon. I should have just waited to go to the prattville location. I would have never had this issue with them.

  Was here tonight and my mom and I were getting some food for the family. John with the glasses was taking our order and my mom asked for her ice cream cone to have napkins. John immediately wrapped up our order and went above and beyond to go grab. My mom was grateful! Thank you John!

  I had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was nowhere near what I’ve come to expect. It honestly didn’t feel like the Chick-fil-A standard at all. I ended up going down the road to another restaurant, and they took care of me immediately without hesitation. That contrast said everything. Chick-fil-A just isn’t what it used to be. I was shocked they didn’t take care of the customer. That’s not the Chick-fil-A standard. I hope they get back to the old ways!
