  Ordered through DD - didn’t receive the sauce or the drink and was told we could go to the store and pickup a new order. That’s literally not the purpose of ordering delivery. Absolutely nothing to do because ordered through DD. Rosa/Rosy/Rose whoever offered no alternate solution and putting all the blame on DD. Despite the fact that the restaurant should have made the order correctly the first time. Asked to speak with the manager on duty and “they’re tied up right now so they won’t be coming to the phone.” Lovely.

  Food was good. Sat for 40 minutes with no refill, no silverware. Asked to play the NFL with sound. Server says “oh they only play sound on big games” as if the first day of the NFL draft wasn’t big. Suppose to be a sports bar for Christ sake.

  Food was ok but very slow coming out. Others seated after us were served first..Ours was not a difficult order (2 people)! Waitress was trying but she messed up one order. Had to ask for utensils. While waiting we played trivia on the little machine they orivide on the table. At no time did anything pop up to say there was a charge. We were charged $2.99 on our bill. Management was not nice about it. Will not go back there again. It's the principal of the matter. They should put something on each table CLEARLY stating there is a charge.

  The food and overall service were about what you expect from this chain. However, upon receiving our bill, we noticed an extra unexplained charge of $2.99. The waitress didn't know about it and called a manager who informed us it was for playing the "table games". There is a game machine at each table and while waiting for our food, we played a game of trivia. There is ZERO warning about the relatively high cost for this five minutes of distraction. So be warned, do not touch the game player on the table unless you are ready to pay for it.

  This restaurant was very chaotic and hostile. At the bar area, there was alot of yelling and profanity coming from the bar attendant and hostess towards a customer, over the main TV on a Spanish channel. I believe the customer couldn't understand why the main TV is on a Spanish channel, when you live in America. Right or wrong, there was no sense in all of the chaos and the language. Call the police.
