  We had my daughter's 57th birthday luncheon there today. Our server was Drew. He was the most courteous I have ever experienced. He made my daughter feel special. In fact he made us all feel special. I had the trout and it was delicious. We will certainly return. Thanks again Drew for a very special occasion!

  I was very disappointed with my dining experience. I took my husband, a seafood lover, for dinner on his birthday. I made a reservation in advance, but no acknowledgement of our special occasion was given. Our appetizer arrived under five minutes before our entrees and no refill of the bread was offered despite the wait for the entree. We sat for at least 15 minutes awaiting our appetizer, and then it was followed very quickly by the entree. The sides were very disappointing. The garlic mashed potatoes that came with my overcooked steak (I asked for medium rare, an it was definitely at least medium) tasted like fake potatoes. They had an aftertaste that is reminded me of instant potatoes. My vegetable, which was originally offered by our server as broccoli, was actually brussel sprouts, and were coated with a garlic based spice. Every dish involved garlic of some sort, though this was not advertised on the menu. At the price charged, I was highly disappointed in my overcooked steak, instant potatoes, and heavily spiced garlic greens. The average service (equivalent to what one would expect at a casual dining restaurant) and the poor quality food, was very disappointing. We will not be coming back.

  The food was exceptional from start to finish. I ordered the traditional grilled pork chop with mango salsa, paired with bacon mac and cheese and broccoli...and every single component was phenomenal. The pork chop was easily one of the best I’ve ever had in my life: perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and elevated beautifully by the mango salsa. The bacon mac and cheese was rich, indulgent, and downright addictive...I found myself trying to savor every last drop of that incredible cheese sauce. Even the broccoli was cooked just right, rounding out a truly excellent plate. What made the evening even more special was our server, John. He was the definition of a classic, old...school gentleman waiter. He struck the perfect balance...never intrusive, yet always present and attentive when needed. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he was able to speak in detail about the dishes with confidence and clarity. More importantly, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued, treating us like honored guests throughout the entire meal. Between the exceptional food and John’s impeccable service, this was a top...tier dining experience. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for both amazing cuisine and truly professional hospitality.

  We had such a wonderful dining experience at Bonefish Grill tonight! I dined with my husband and brother-in-law, and everything about our visit was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious — I had the grilled mahi and grilled shrimp, along with Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes, and every bite was perfectly prepared. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. But what truly made our evening exceptional was our waiter, John. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. John provided some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. He anticipated our needs, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Outstanding food is always appreciated, but service like John’s is what turns a great meal into a memorable experience. Bonefish Grill is lucky to have someone like him on their team. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for John!
