After the 30 min wait they asked me if I ordered I said yes just for him to tell me they no longer sell what I had ordered. No apology or anything. Told him id have to go since its been 30 min and he just walked away like he didn't care. Worst customer service ever. The time before this they were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there

They said something was wrong with the payment portal at the counter and that I had to order through the kiosk(that was running slow and with a line due to people not knowing how to use it)even though the register at the drive through was functioning. Management should have used the drive through register for walk in customers as well because of the tech issue.
