They said something was wrong with the payment portal at the counter and that I had to order through the kiosk(that was running slow and with a line due to people not knowing how to use it)even though the register at the drive through was functioning. Management should have used the drive through register for walk in customers as well because of the tech issue.

Total waste of money. It wouldn’t have been so bad had I not pulled up to the drive-through they had a line which is OK it’s Friday night cool but when I got there, you had me wait like five came back you took my name for my mobile order and then left it on the screen and didn’t say anything like thank you pull forward nothing…. Came back like 5 mins later said Oh we had a line full of people come in the lobby. sorry pull around pull around and I still had to wait an additional 10 mins for this🤦♀️
