  Went to stop by just to get a diet cherry limeade and three of the order screens that I stopped at did not work. Then pulled into the drive thru just to wait 10 minutes and couldn’t even place our order at all. It was not busy and only 6 cars were there this was just ridiculous.

  Food is over priced. I asked for fresh tots for my chill cheese tots, they gave me old crunchy tots with hardly no chilli or cheese on it (which is extra $). The girl who brought out my food, dropped the entire bag on the ground, and still gave me the food. Never apologized. Then my tenders came with no sauce, I asked for the sauce, the girl never came back with the sauce. So I left and never gave her the tip. Won't be going back to this location.

  ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM SONIC ON SPRINGHILL AVE (MOBILE, AL) ⚠️ I just found this hard black plastic/rubber piece IN MY BURGER. When I called to report it, the first person hung up on me. When I finally got the "actual" manager, he couldn't have cared less. He looked at the object and told me they “don’t have anything like that in the building”—basically acting like I put it there myself. Absolutely disgusting food safety and even worse customer service. Check your food before you bite down, because they clearly aren't checking it for you! 🤮

  This was the worst experience at a sonic and this was my first time at this location. Long story short, I ordered online, about 30 minutes later, the young lady comes out yelling my name incorrectly. She was confused on the order she was trying to give me. Before this, I saw customers leaving angrily. She gave me a chili cheese dog and drink that was someone else's. Forgot my water. The drink had what it looks like to be Styrofoam in it. The chili cheese dog looks horrible. When I asked for my correct drink, she came out with an attitude, holding my drink sideways while taking someone else's order. The place is ran by children. I just moved on this side of town but I will not be going back to that location.
