  The food here is always delicious, but the service was terrible and unlike any other for my recent visit on 05/06/26. The team manager was at the front cleaning and completely ignored me when I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes despite being right in front of me until I called out. While my food is being made a team member was constantly, throwing pans while cooking/cleaning and loudly expressing her frustration (“I don’t know I can’t do anything because I’m still cooking this food”) in an aggressive manner preparing my order. This should be completely unacceptable for guests to hear out in the open and a manager should have taken responsibility to calm the worker and apologize for her actions to myself and the other people out in the dining room, but yet it was also ignored.

  The girl behind the counter was rude would not take our order said you have to use remote ti order or your app then next customer came in she took there order made there order first then ours. Now I remember why I hate this place sevice always sucks

  Horrible service!!!! I've been a panera club member for years, this is the ABSOLUTE worst store I've ever been to!!! The service is atrocious! The place is dirty and like so many other restaurants in Mobile will probably be closing soon! Such a shame because Panera was always one of my favorites, unfortunately now that I live here, not anymore!!!

  We eat at Panera often, first time here in mobile, the food was awful, my wife ordered the strawberry poppy seed chicken salad and the chicken was frozen, the dressing did d taste like it normally does and the lettuce looked like it was old. My tomato soup was not very good either.

  this place has really gone downhill and it’s really sad because I used to love coming here. We went up there and asked for our drink cups and the young black woman working was very very rude to my husband and said something like I can’t hand you the drink until your food is ready because I’m too busy trying to get everybody’s food together so another lady came up and handed us our drinks…. so awkward also all the tables were dirty.
