After a long and busy Friday at work, my partner and I were really looking forward to relaxing, enjoying dinner, and having a few drinks. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. We were seated at a small, uncomfortable table and then completely forgotten. No one came to check on us, take our order, or even acknowledge that we were waiting. The service was extremely poor and inattentive. It was frustrating to spend time there hoping things would improve, but we ended up feeling ignored and unvalued as customers. This was not the relaxing evening we were expecting at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, because this experience was far below expectations.
