  normally come and it’s perfectly fine, tonight i sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes with 3 other cars and nobody in the store ever came to take any of our orders and the phone wasn’t even connected to call in. lazy.

  An astonishing amount of unavailable items on the menu. Out of Diet Coke. Ordered a BBQ sauce with my sandwich. It didn’t come with. Asked for it. She forgot me. Went back. Out of BBQ sauce. I’m surprised they had food. The lady was kind about it. Not her fault. Management needs to go find a local Chic-Fil-a and take some damn lessons. Oh, and not having humans constantly in the front immediately makes your “customer service” garbage. Your customers hand things to people without making eye contact with anyone else needing help. They hide. The customers are now a nuisance. McDonald’s can go “self replicate”.

  It’s obvious that rating this location does not matter. I see months of bad reviews and here I am reporting my experience from 4.2.26. Kiosks were inoperable 4.2.26 - 7:38am. When we asked the manager (female, with braids and red shirt) if she could take our order she went balistic. Started yelling at us, telling us how over worked she is and that she is understaffed and over worked. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Very bad experience. Very scary experience. We left with no food and a really bad experience with McDonalds. Mr. McFarland, you need to do better. Understaffing to get better revenues is always a bad idea. Poor management from top to bottom

  25 minutes (3 cars ahead of me)... Lots of.talking back there, fryer was beeping for 5 min.(yet i got cold fries??)(left drive through windows open, i saw 1 person-heard 4 in onversation).. fries warmish, taste of old grease..QB cheese cooler than fries...2 bites and out the windows! Worst McDonald's ever..do not want to hear from district mgr., 'cause you should be fired too...pathetic

  I saw them run out of mayo so the used their home made mayo and it came in a sus looking squeeze bottle
