    Wrong on ALL accounts! Women's bathroom had NO toilet paper in any of the stalls!!! We ordered a large coke and Shamrock Shake. The Shamrock Shake had 2 inches of unmixed syrup on the bottom and it tasted like toothpaste!!! There was only 2 people in the dining room and one car in the drive thru. No excuses! Never going back!!!

    If there were 0 stars I would rate the service as a one star. Employees on their phones at 9:30 and not taking drive through orders “cleaning” machines at 9:30pm. Morning is always good service but night time they decide to close earlier than early.

    Drive thru staff was beyond rude. Waited in line for 40 mins for some nuggets and a fry. Didn’t have any tea no sauce and as usual their ice cream machine was down. Rudest staff around won’t be back I’d rather drive across town then go to this location again.

    Stopped in here for a quick meal on a road trip. I attempted to order from one of the automated kiosks, but after selecting my items I discovered the card reader was broken. I selected pay at counter; the machine told me to take my receipt to the counter but the receipt did not print. Instead I waited 10+ minutes to order at the register. There was no line at the register, but the drive-thru line was long when we walked in. The men's restroom was not clean. This is a failure on the part of the manager and especially the franchisee. I saw maybe three people working in the back - I do not think I saw the manager working. Management should have placed an out of order sign on the faulty kiosk. The drink machine, napkins, and condiments at this location have all been moved to back of house (not even at the register counter), which means the already understaffed employees now have extra work to do if a customer needs any of those things.
