  I usually have a good experience here but yesterday I had the weirdest experience. I Get to the second window and the guy working around 6:30-7 goes and grabs a female and they come back looking all in my car laughing and making jokes… not sure what the joke was but it’s ridiculous I can’t come get my kids food without employees acting childish. Next time if there’s an issue address it instead of acting like teenagers.

  If I was the franchise owner I would drop everything and go retrain everyone at this location. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 2 hash browns and a Diet Coke. Pulled up to the window was told to go park because hashbrowns were not ready. Five minutes later a staff member brought My order out of the car and tell me what it was. Got home to find out. I was given the wrong order. I went back to the location and told them I was given the wrong order, they told me they were out of biscuits. It would be a while waited long enough to finally ask for a refund, I won’t be back.

  They use to be so good but now they’ve turned terrible, always forgetting your food always forgetting sauces and drinks. I will no longer be coming to this McDonald’s. I will be going to the one on snow road from now on
