- OAOluchi AkuazaokuApr 26, 20262.04/26/2026 @ 4:51 PM Marcell customer service was TOP TIER very pleased with him and he hooked my burger up.However when employees come from outside they must wash their hands FIRST before putting on gloves.The worked went straight to gloves and then the grill. Only thing goes through my mind is when he goes to RESTROOM he leaves out without washing his hands and just put on gloves. For that reason I will not visit again. Thanks Marcell M if that's your name .

Freddie's Chilli Hot Dogs/Melts/Steak Taco's and Culver's sandwiches has more flavor +customer service. Drinks are flat/horrible. Machines are not being serviced. Lacks quality & is only a soda machine. This isn't Caines/Cava or Panda Express drinks. Hence, food here is far overpriced!!! The $13.99 combo is not worth it. Bear in mind Cookout serves the same sandwhich not overpriced. Wouldn't support such low service people here. Robbing beautiful customers of their energy's. This place is usually empty. The staff often humbles when it's only 2 of them serving you. Once they assume they are busy here its 10 to 15 individuals upfront. 5 cooking 2 rude at the register 5 in the store/why? Food isn't worth it. And, we don't need more of those individuals in society. Thanks! Do not recommend for families with children nor for a single individual to go inside.

And today before we had done adventure to What a Buger, Dunking Donuts, then to Try out 5 guys next... Let me tell u, we was Full Full, still have food leftover and their food tasted soooo fresh and fulfilling 😋 Thank you to the Amazing 3 working today that made us also feel soooo special 4-1-26 around 2ish.. Love you guys

I didn’t like to place it all and I live right down the street from it and I just absolutely refuse to go to this location and I love five guys But today because of the promo they had going on I figure I would give it one more shot and I gotta say I was in extremely shocked. They have a whole new set of people new managers knew everything I mean, that place was spotless. The food was immaculate. You got what you paid for . I mean my sandwich. I struggle trying to finish the one sandwich the other one I have to put it up for maybe tomorrow and the amount of fries I got for what I ordered was unreal so Has they have restored my faith in five guys.
