- SSSoul SistaDec 29, 20251.0Ordered from Wing Stop last night 15 bone in wings 7 Lemon Pepper and 8 Korean Q. I did not open the bag until I made it to my destination. That's when I discovered I had boneless wing which was fine. The problem came in when we tasted the wings and they were awful the wings were not edible. The wings tasted like they had been contaminated with some type of chemical cleaning solution. I called the store this morning to let them know about the wings so that no one else would get a bad batch of those wings. I spoke with a female and she advised that if I did not have the receipt I could not get a refund. I never asked for a refund even though she could have looked it up from my debit card transaction. I was just informing them about the chicken. I asked to speak with the manager and he was not professional at all. He was on the defense assuming that I was requesting a refund. He was not concerned about the chicken he was only concern about the receipt. I advised him that I will just notify the health department. He advised that he did not care who I tell. This was the worse manager conversation I ever witness in my life. This store is going to kill someone with this food contamination.

Have been here several times hoping it was just a fluke, but each time the staff is rude to customers as if they are mad cause you ordered food from the restaurant. We saw people turn around and leave from the attitude that was seen while ordering. Food is always good just service needs to be addressed.
